We face challenges every day. In the construction industry, we all know the importance of having a Plan B. Every company tells you that they can offer support, but when the day comes when you truly need your supplier to help you – does anyone else offer you a Plan B?
Contractors who are in our network have the ability to have an extra Spray Foam System — we call THE FOAM CUBE — on the job. Whether you need it because your rig is down, a job you have is behind schedule or you need to be able to offer a job to be completed in a shorter time frame… you can always count on plan B — The Foam Cube. The Foam Cube includes an E20, 160’ heated hose, Fusion AP, transfer pumps, and compressor/air dryer and best of all it comes in a small enough self-contained metal cabinet that we can ship (either 3rd party carrier or on our own truck), roll onto your truck or trailer and have you spraying in no time. We can add pneumatic wheels if you need to roll it around on your jobsite, it’s narrow enough to fit through a doorway, and we can add a feature so you can lift it up by crane. The cost of this program is $200/day.
Maintenance Program
How much does one week of down time cost your business? The crew you pay, a lost sale, a poor impression on a new builder… the answer could be thousands of dollars. By performing this maintenance, your rig(s) would run much more effectively and profitably.
All of our maintenance programs automatically include a loaner gun, transfer pump, and system (E20, 160’, Air/Dryer), we call it The Foam Cube*
Our maintenance programs include:
Gun Maintenance (per gun) $125/month
Full Maintenance on Entire System $300/month
Flushing all lines, cleaning transfer pumps, unlimited gun(s) monthly, proportioner annually
Full Maintenance on Entire System w/Loaner $500/month
For $125/month, simply send us your Graco spray gun and we’ll clean it, ensure all o-rings, packings, mixing chamber are intact before sending it back. (Any required parts are available at a discounted price.) Also included is a loaner gun that we ship out if necessary while we service your gun.
* If you are using the full maintenance w/loaner, it would cost $100/day ($200/day w/o). A security deposit may be required for loaner equipment.
