Basic Training
Spray Foam Nation has developed an industry-leading training program to certify new contractors. We begin with a 3-day training on the fundamentals of spray foam insulation. This is taught by one of our many industry experts. Each of our trainers has over ten years of contracting experience in both foam and coatings. We teach from a contractor’s perspective and focus on the fundamentals that are important when starting out. Those who pass the course will receive a certificate that enables spraying of both Lapolla foam and Premium Spray Products.
Onsite Training
Spray Foam Nation training doesn’t end after three days. This is just the beginning. We schedule a 3-5 day onsite job training after the initial training. This is preferably a large job where we would cover everything discussed during the 3-day training plus more. On-the-job training is the best training available. We are able to demonstrate the essential skills and techniques that are required to succeed in this industry.
Furthermore, we will do a complete performance analysis, we call it the Spray Foam Nation Evaluation Report (SFN-ER) where we will spend time with our contractors (either during the 3-5 day on-site training or during a separate time.)
